This piece captures that sweet spot where food + fashion + art + photography all meet.

Amuse-Bouche takes the form of a limited edition hand-bound, swiss smyth sewn. It comes in two different covers and the same interior, each inspired by a Michelin- starred restaurant menu and by a classic cocktail menu.

The real magic is inside, the photographs resemble a glamorous fashion shoot. But keep flipping through the “menu”. Look closer. See if you can spot foods such as caviar, coffee, prickly pear and red snapper.

Amuse-Bouche will take you on a sweet, savory, amusing ride infused with beauty, levity, joy and laughs needed in these complicated times.
